01 / Homes · Boulder County & the Front Range

Home.

A sunlit kitchen window, spotless, looking out at the Colorado foothills

Every window in the house, inside and out — plus gutters and power washing in the same visit.

02 / What's included

Every pane. Both sides.

  • Interior glass with drop cloths and clean shoes
  • Exterior glass by ladder or pole
  • Frames and sills wiped
  • Tracks cleared
  • Screens brushed and refitted
  • Skylights and hard-to-reach clerestories
  • Hard-water spot treatment
  • Final walk-through with you

Colorado is hard on glass: dust from the plains, sap from the pines, sprinkler spots on the west side and low winter sun that shows every streak. We clean for that light.

03 / Gutters

Gutters that drain.

Needles, leaves and grit come out by hand, then we flush the run and the downspouts. Best done in late spring and again after the leaves drop, before ice has something to grip.

04 / Power washing

Back to its real color.

Siding, decks, patios, walkways and driveways. We pick the pressure for the surface so wood stays wood and paint stays on.
